The arrival of the Giants

Why do Whale watchingn Colombia?

The magnificent spectacle offered by humpback whales that come to calf in our warm waters can be enjoyed on the dark sands of our Pacific coastline.

Every year

Every year between July and November, humpback whales arrive from Antarctica to the warm waters of the Colombian Pacific coast to mate and give birth to their young.

Programs organized

Whale watching programs are offered in places like Bahia Solano and Nuquí (both in Chocó) and Gorgona Island (Cauca).
