What to eat in Barranquilla


Food in and around Barranquilla combines the flavors of salt and freshwater fish, as well as the traditional flavors of fried egg arepa, and pastries like the famous almojábanas (cheese buns).





Soledad butifarra sausage, liza rice (an elongated fish), and chicharrones are flavors not to be missed for those visiting the department of Atlántico.
