Archbishop's Palace

The archbishop's palace was the seat of the bishops who supported the missionary work of the Holy Mother Laura Montoya Upegui, who lived in this village from 1927 to 1938 after spending time working with indigenous communities in the jungle of Urabá. Among other endeavors, Mother Laura had a mop factory that financed social projects in Santa Fe de Antioquia.

In Santa Fe de Antioquia, tourists can cross the Western Bridge hanging over the Cauca River, wander along cobblestone streets, and taste the popular tamarind candy.
