It’s easy to get a good tan in Colombia, given the many places of bright sunshine and pleasant temperatures hovering around 30°C.

Not far from the cities, there are places where all you’ll need to wear is your bathing suit. The swimming pools in Girardot and Melgar near Bogotá, and Lake Calima near Cali, are only a couple of them.


Rivers in the departments of Meta and Guainía give way to long stretches of beach during the summer. Take advantage of the opportunity and enjoy the sun!
