Why do customs and traditions tourism in Colombia?

Different climates and landscapes produce an enormous cultural variety in Colombia, where ethnic groups, dances, languages and firmly rooted popular events reaffirm the country's identity. To this offer of museums and community tourism are added visits to farms, parks and colonial houses. Thus the true atmosphere perceived many places.

The charm of variety

Colombia is a multiethnic and diverse nation. We have 84 indigenous peoples, 60 indigenous languages and African descent. In addition we are renowned for our traditional kitchens.

Treasures of humanity

Colombia has received 16 declarations of World Heritage Site from UNESCO. They correspond to eight places and eight cultural manifestations of Intangible Heritage.

The Colombian feel

It is possible to perceive the essence of the Colombian idiosyncrasy in many ways. Our way of looking at life is reflected in the local music; museums about carnivals and religious traditions, among other things.
