The Karibana will also provide access to a natural lake, a driving range, an exclusive golf club, a beach house, swimming pools, a village center, a hotel and spa, a dock, tennis courts, a four-mile cart path for jogging and biking, and residences. Golf course memberships are included with the purchase of an apartment and no memberships will be sold separately. Management services will be available for the rental of properties.
