Due to its privileged location, Colombia has become one of the main entrance gates to the American continent. It has eight international airports and thirty airports for domestic flights.

International airports welcome over 450 flights a week from the main cities on the American continent, the Caribbean, and Europe. Domestic flight terminals handle more than 1,600 flights per week, thus guaranteeing connections between all cities in the country.

Concerning access by sea, the country has four ports on the Caribbean Sea and an important one on the Pacific Ocean.

The national road network joins the main cities to the most remote places in the Colombian geography through 102.300 miles of roads.

The capital cities of the departments have novel mass transport systems that make transportation easy for citizens and visitors at very good prices.

Colombia is currently a modern, dynamic nation with an excellent public utilities infrastructure and telecommunications network, cutting-edge technology, and high-speed internet access everywhere in the country.
