Popayán is the capital of the department of Cauca, in Colombia, and is located between the Andes Western and Central Mountain Ranges, in the south west of the country. Popayán is the one and only place in Latin America to have been declared by Unesco as a City of Gastronomy, by virtue of its local cuisine.
Extensive flat and rolling lands, located mainly in the vicinity of the Cauca River, exalt the beauty of the city’s landscapes.

The fairways are extremely narrow and the greens are quite small, thus demanding from the golfer precision when teeing off and throughout the whole game.
