Cali: Access Routes

The Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport, also known as Palmaseca International Airport, is the second airport in the country in terms of number of passengers and the fourth in terms of freight. It is located in the Municipality of Palmira, just half an hour away from Cali.

Land Distances

The department of Valle del Cauca has the best road infrastructure in the country. This is due in great measure to the need to connect the most important port in the country, Buenaventura, on the Pacific coast. Additionally, the topographical conditions of the region are suitable for building large highways like as the Panamerican Highway that comes from Ecuador and connects Cali with the rest of the country.
