Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada Convention Center in Bogotá

The Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada Convention Center was inaugurated in 1980 as part of an urban complex by the name of International Trade Center. It is located about 15 minutes from El Dorado Airport, in an area of confluence of banking, tourist and trade services.

Capacity

The Centro de Convenciones Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada has a large salon for conferences, several meeting rooms, and meeting rooms for committees.

The Gran Salón Conquistadores can hold events for up to 2,500 people and is divisible, as necessary, into three smaller rooms. It has twelve cabins for simultaneous translation, three giant projection screens, and a light and sound system whose components can function individually when the salon is divided.

The Convention center offers food services (restaurant, bar, coffee bar) mounting of panels and lights, audio and video systems, closed circuit TV, internet, multiple video-conferencing, a temporary free zone, banking services, a post office, a travel agency, first aid, storage service, and a parking lot.
