Salento es conocido como la cuna de la palma de cera / Foto: Carlos Sueskún.
Fly from Bogota to Armenia, and then go by road to the magic village of Salento.
By road all the way, it is 316km to Armenia (about 6 hours), also using the Coffee Highway which connects Quindio and Risaralda to Manizales. The remaining 25km to Salento take about 25 minutes.
In addition to Salento, the Coffee Triangle has much to offer:
