San Andres promoted as a cruise destination

Proexport Colombia continues promoting its cruise destinations inviting cruise executives to explore the port’s infrastructure and welcoming capacities. Some of the cruise lines that already call Colombia have visited the island of San Andres to see the strengths and facilities the island holds to host cruise ships and international tourists.

Accompanied by Proexport, cruise executives visit Colombia to further explore the island’s attractions in its transportation advances, infrastructure, and bilingual workforce. The willingness of the national and local government are fostering new opportunities for the island.

Proexport and the Colombian Government are working together with the ports, authorities, and companies to continue in its efforts of positioning and promoting Cartagena de Indias, Santa Marta, and the archipelago of San Andres, Santa Catalina, and Providencia.
