Cartagena, one of the five places to visit before you die During an interactive session of Travel Weekly´s Latin America Virtual Travel Summit, attended by United States professionals and led by Patricia Schultz, author of “1000 Places to See Before You Die”, Cartagena obtained fifth place among the top ten places to visit in Latin America before you die.
